Today I'm here to tell you about my latest food "experiment" that turned out to be a total success. To begin with I must say that I'm a vegetarian who still eats eggs and cheese jajaja.
Well, the food I'm going to talk is the cauliflower dough pizza, the truth is I don't have much to explain about this food, because the name itself says it all jajaja. It consists of the dough that is based on cauliflower, this dough is made with cooked cauliflower, eggs, seasonings and breadcrumbs, everything is mixed until it has homogeneus consistency and then it`s strechted on a tray to take the oven for 20 minutes. When the dough comes out, add the ingredients of your choice and bake again until the cheese melts. And that's it! It's very easy and tasty.
I like this meal because it´s a healthy way to eat fast food and it's fun cook. In terms of health, I feel that it doesn't affect this meal in a bad way, since you are replacing the part that contains the most calories, and it's not something I eat every day.
